Introducing: Cocktail Cakes

Please welcome Cocktail Cakes to the BLOG world!
Zondre, known for hosting events & entertaining guests, was introduced to a rum cake during a social event. The cake lasted all of 5 minutes & she was so tickled by the idea of the cakes made with liqueur that she thought she would tweak a family recipe to include rum. It was a hit & before she knew it, friends, family & co-workers were requesting cakes for their holiday dinners & functions.
She realized that adults were in need of cakes made especially for them. The perfect infusion for dessert & events (i.e, bachelor & bachelorette parties, adult birthday parties, company functions, etc).
She realized she had a strong market niche & the inspiration for Cocktail Cakes began!
